If a figure here is wrong, we want to know, and we will say so in public when we fix it.

How to report

Email corrections@spotthemoney.com with the page URL, the figure you believe is wrong, and — if you have it — the filing or record that shows the correct value. Reports from the person or organisation named on the page are handled first.

What happens next

We acknowledge every report, then within five working days either correct the page, or explain why the figure stands (usually: it matches the filing as submitted, and the filing itself has not been amended). Corrections that change a published number are listed below with the date; a filing that is later amended by its filer is not a correction by us, but the amended figure replaces the original on the next daily update.

What we will not do

We do not remove accurate public records on request. Because every row on this site is a document filed with a U.S. government body and linked to its source, the remedy for a wrong filing is an amended filing with the original authority; we then reflect it.
